"I will not sit by quietly and tolerate failure or mediocrity. I will raise the bar for my peers on the board and the MPSD to get the best results possible. I will collaborate with all parties (Board, Administration, Teachers) to ensure alignment and that we are all rowing in the same direction, fully focused on only the things that will make us better."
In 2015, the Manitowoc Public School District (MPSD) ranked #286/423 (the bottom 32.4% in the state.)
Today, the MPSD is #387/420 districts (the bottom 8% in the state.)
【The results are bad and getting worse. 】
The 3 incumbent school board members seeking reelection aren’t holding the superintendent accountable - therefore they need to be replaced.
We can and will do better with new effective leadership.
